Ricardo starts to work as a Real Estate agent in a big agency. He is all nerves, but he is confident to get through it succesfully, paying his rent and becoming rich, then after, who knows!
With him, we will be feeling his angst, his enthusiasm, his curiosity, his doubts, his decisions, his arguments with his bosses, his relationships with his collegues, his tricks to beat off the competition, his dealings with difficult clients, and much more...
Get ready to live this experience in his shoes!
This is the 1st (free) Chapter. Here we will be getting the job and then going through the initial training.
In the 2nd Chapter, we'll discover everything about the data base, and we will be lucky from our first client, thanks to our serious work we will finally find her desired house and she wants to buy it! We'll learn the theory of the selling process in this chapter too.
In the 3rd Chapter we will take deep charge of our zone and get the due agreements for new properties to be included in the company catalogue.
In the 4th we will complete the first sale! We must deal with some arguments with the boss as some negotiations will take place, and we will also learn more tricks with our collegues to handle difficult clients
In the 5th love and passion gets in between to spice up our scene and ruin our concentration to work! Damn. We will be having to make some decisions here.

They are going to released in Spanish first, but as soon as possible afterwards they will be translated into English, and some other languages too. Plus full audio narrated versions will be provided also according to plan for full accesibilty.
This first Chapter turned out a bit too normative because the Real Estate enviroment is not the most open yet, but it is my goal to make it fully gender fluid all through the next chapters, as myself! And fully diversity inclusive to show them how to do it well!

Una propuesta muy original. Cuidando un poco más la escritura y las transiciones entre escenas puede ser un "simulador" humorístico muy divertido. Otra cosa que sumaría muchos puntos al juego es buscar melodías que acompañen a lo que sucede en pantalla.
Tal como está ahora da cierta sensación de monotonía, aunque realmente están pasando cosas distintas a cada momento.
Ánimo, y no lo dejes.

La inspiración del juego viene de una experiencia propia y en la entrevista de muchas más... XD
